Creative Connector and Volunteer programme
Creative Connector and Volunteer Programme

The Creative Connector and Volunteer programme is led by bait's Creative Skills Development Manager, Lesley Wood.

The programme is being developed with partners across South East Northumberland, who, with bait, will identify exciting work opportunities for passionate local people to develop skills and work experience in the cultural sector.

bait will match Creative Connectors and Volunteers to these roles. Alongside this work experience, Creative Connectors will be supported with relevant training and support.

The programmes are open to anyone living in South East Northumberland* aged 18+. For most opportunities, we don't expect applicants to have experience in the sector or lots of qualifications. The only criteria to apply is that you live in South East Northumberland, have some related related experience and loads of enthusiasm.
